Hive One ID™ technology is not only ideal as a single identification for people but also for devices. IoT devices, in general, transmit data to the manufacturer. The manufacturer then through an application, provides the client with information. An excellent example of this could be a medical device. The data collected by the device might be personal, and in some cases, if the data provided on the application is incorrect can be life-threatening. Hive One ID™ technology links the device to the persons Destibuted Self-Sovereign Identity data store, protecting and securing personal data. The owner of the data can automatically share the data with relevant parties. One ID’s can be inserted or integrated into the product during manufacturing (OEM) or in some cases, retrofitted.
Original Equipment Manufacturing
We provide product manufacturers with modular OEM technology ideal to be incorporated in all products and applications that require electronic identification with device monitoring functionality while keeping the owner/users data private and secure. More and more data about people are collected using electronic devices. We incorporate device data into our Distributed Self-Sovereign Identity model, allowing people to own and manage the data collected by their devices.
Simplified IoT Ecosystem
The patented Hive One ID™ technology allows multiple applications to use the same reader infrastructure. The Hive One ID™ provides the reader with an address of where the data needs to be transferred to, resulting in the ability to utilise the same reader for multiple applications. In a shopping mall, as an example, the same reader infrastructure can be used to individualise client experience, monitor security and cleaning staff, track the movement of assets & stock, client loyalty schemes and more.
Industrial IoT
The trailed and tested modular wireless identity, and reader hardware that underpins the Hive One ID™ is ideal to be used in harsh industrial environments. The One ID can be equipped with multiple sensors, monitoring temperature, vibration, movement and more. The same reader infrastructure can also be used to track products and assets as it moves through the factory, mine or construction site. Tracking people, with there permission, as they work, enables health, safety and human resource applications all with the same infrastructure.
